CCS Lab Receives Two Miller Awards

The Cognitive Communication Science Lab received two Miller Research Awards from the School of Communication totaling $36,282.51. The project will investigate neurocognitive markers associated with positive clinical health outcomes, and equip The School with new hardware for conducting fMRI studies.

Updates to Asteroid Impact Stimulus

Our lab helped develop the naturalistic and open-sourced video game stimulus Asteroid Impact. We are now making additional improvements to enhance its utility and allow the game to interface with physiological measurement equipment. For a detailed summary of the changes, or to download Asteroid Impact for your own use, visit the game’s page on GitHub.

CNS17 and SANS17 Presentations

Our lab is presenting research at three upcoming conferences. We hope you can make one of our talks!
